3) A petition for volunteers is found in the local village square declaring an opportunity to make a fresh start in a far off land grant just given to the local lord in honor of their service to the crown. The buzz is everywhere as three expeditions have already gone with many younger sons and daughters heading off to make a new beginning in fresh lands.
