Most of the action on Discworld takes place in the grand city of Ankh-Morpork, so good they named it Ankh-Morpork. Different novels in the "Discworld" series follow the adventures of different city factions. Ankh-Morpork is home to Unseen University, the premier school of magic on Discworld, also home to dozens of old, fat men--I mean, wizards. Ankh-Morpork is also home of the best City Watch to be found on the Disc, captained by His Grace, Sir (er, Commander) Samuel Vimes. Up in the hills, you may run into a trio of witches lead by the ornery Granny Weatherwax, and travels to the lost continent of Four-Ecks may teach you that beer is always a safer drink than water, eh, mate?
