Ammanas rules the Throne of Shadow in Shadowkeep, and is more commonly referred to as Shadowthrone. He rules the King card of High House Shadow in the Deck of Dragons.

He appears smoky and insubstantial, dissolving and reforming into a humanoid shape. He has black eyes like shiny haemetite.
