Telorast is the spirit of a Tiste Andii woman who died a prisoner in the city of Ehriltan, side by side with Curdle. (Actually, this isn't true, but I will leave it here anyway...)

She seems to be insane, making up stories and claiming to have abilities as needed. She and Curdle are always arguing about which of them used to be more beautiful.

Telorast and Curdle claim to have known Apsalar, the Mistress of Thieves. Curdle accuses Telorast of stealing from a temple of Apsalar.

She and Curdle have knowledge about Starvald Demelain, yet speak the language of the Tiste Andii.
